By the time the taxi from Taipei airport reached his first apartment, he was watching the meter tick up and wondering if he could afford the ride. A decade later, he has coached in Taiwan's Premier League, China League One, the Philippines top flight, and Ghana Division One, and built a consultancy that helps foreign coaches land roles in Asian football.
